Todd Prall, attorney, husband, father, and friend, is running for Justice of the Peace, Department 1, in Henderson. 

 

Todd will bring nearly 20 years of experience in the Nevada legal system to the Justice Court. As Senior Counsel with Hutchison & Steffen, he practices in nearly every aspect of civil litigation, ranging from landlord/tenant and real estate litigation to liability defense and multi-million dollar business and contract disputes. He has represented Nevada businesses, associations, and individuals in every court in Clark County ranging from the justice courts in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson, the Clark County District Court, the United States Court for the District of Nevada, and the Nevada Supreme Court. 

 

Todd knows Nevada’s justice system.  He knows the role that the justice courts play in ensuring peace, civility, and the rule of law in a community.
